We will provide the data linked to your username to third parties if this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is legally required. Within our webshop you can gain access to a management environment through registration, where you can set up, specify and change your business yourself.
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for the processing thereof. These personal data is necessary to fulfill our agreement, namely to deliver you the products and ensure a proper payment. Contact form and newsletter
We offer via our online store the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various information to deal with your question. You choose which information you provide. The data that you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for the complete answering and processing thereof. We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

We can pass on your details to our partners. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement. These partners are (also) based outside the EU. We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our web store. We have signed a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about how we handle our data.
Who can access your data?
Data is only passed on to other parties if necessary. You can think of our carriers, suppliers, repairers, payment partners, IT service providers and review collectors. Parties such as media and advertising agencies, research agency or data management platforms only come into the picture as soon as we want to personally advise you or show you targeted advertisements based on your interests. We are also obliged when a suspicious situation occurs to share data with government agencies. If other parties have access to your data, this is only to provide a service on our behalf.
We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password.
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which protects all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.
The personal data described above are retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We also take in account the legal period we are obliged to keep personal data. Once every year we delete all data older than seven years. This means data is savely stored between seven and eight years. We retain data longer if you gave permission, for instance in the case of a newsletter subscription. We will delete your data if you want to, the only exception is the data we are legally obliged to retain. At all times you can request to change, improve or delete your personal data.
