Prestify invests a lot of time and effort in long-term relationships with passionate and experienced clothing manufacturers around the world. We use only the most unique fabrics and the highest quality standards for our designs. All our luxury lifestyle designs are made of pure craftsmanship: made with skill, precision and an eye for the finest details.

Sustainability has been a primary consideration in developing the Prestify brand and naturally incorporated in all processes, from the choice of suppliers and materials to informing customers about how to care for their products to prolong their lifespan. Following our product care instructions will help make sure that your products have a long and interesting life.

Pre-wash
Before washing, make it into a habit to pre-treat stains thoroughly - you'll be surprised the difference it makes. Close all zippers and velcro and release tension on all elastic draw cords. Finally, turn the clothes inside out in order to retain longevity of the color and quality.

Wash
You should only wash your clothes when necessary - air it out instead after wearing it a few times. Also, you can save a significant amount of energy just by lowering the washing temperature and don’t worry, your clothes will still get clean. When washing more sensitive fabrics, make sure to check the care label.
  
Drying
When drying your clothes, try to hang-dry as much as possible and only tumble dry when necessary. This will both save a lot of energy and your clothes will last longer. Apply a hanger for your shirts in order to avoid creases and reduce the need for ironing. After washing wool or knitwear do not hang dry as the weight of the wet fabric, will make it go out of shape. Instead, find a spot to lay them flat and dry. Also good to keep in mind that the environment you store the garment should not be too hot or too humid.

Care and repair
Always strive to repair your clothes whenever possible and remember to keep the spare buttons (when these are included)  that are attached to the product in case you will need it. If you aren't able to repair the clothes yourself, then drop by your local tailor.

Warranty and After use
We guarantee the quality and performance of all our products. If Prestify fails due to a manufacturing defect (materials and/or workmanship) we will replace it without an additional charge, at our discretion - if the issue is reported to us within 30 days of the purchase. Only original and unmodified fabrics and materials are covered by this policy. Normal wear and tear damages are not covered by warranty. If you assess that your clothes is beyond repair, then please donate it to charity and make sure that someone less fortunate will benefit from the clothes. Whatever do decide to do, please do not through it away.
