Return Policy

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. Once this exceeds, we can’t refund or exchange any item. Items which do not meet these requirements, will not be accepted as a return. Please keep in mind that the cost of shipping the articles back to us is for your own account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same good and undamaged condition as you received it. All original packaging, price labels and extra products that have been sent with the order shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.

To complete your return, please download and fill out our return form and proof of purchase. Do not forget to include the completed return form, without a return form your return cannot be processed properly and this will cause a delay in the return process. The easiest method to exchange your item(s) is to send your item back to us, and order the good size or item already. This will prevent your item from being out of stock.

We are not responsible for any custom duties, such as VAT and import duty, from returned orders. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with your returned order. We do not refund lost returns. The return of a package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to send returned items with a tracked shipping option.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We have a limited number in sizes of each unique design featured available on the website and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange for an exact same item in a different size. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Before we can take action, we must have physical evidence of the damaged product. In this case you can indicate whether you want a refund or want to exchange it when we still have this in stock. When you received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us at the above email address.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Processing time takes up to 7 business days after receiving. Our customer service team will insist on making this process go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer’s policies. Normally this is handled within the time frame of an extra 10 business days. Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is not the case, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can be returned, but they will be credited as a gift card. The gift card comes in a code and has no expiration date. If you have a problem regarding returned items, do not hesitate to contact us at
